Job summary

Chick-fil-A Kitchener is seeking a Supervisor to embody our Vision & Values while leading hospitality and operations at the restaurant. You will learn all Front of House and Back of House roles before stepping into leadership, with prior management experience preferred.

You will coach team members, set and share goals, and uphold food safety and customer experience standards. This role requires a flexible, LEAN & SAFE mindset and a passion for developing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is required.
• Willingness to learn all Front of House/Back of House positions before stepping into leadership.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop team members effectively.

Applicant must be willing to learn all positions in the Front of House/Back of House before stepping into leadership responsibilities. Applicant must have previous management experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible but not limited to the following duties:

• Work in Operations during peak hours to assist the team and build unity
• Ensure good stewardship of facilities through proper training in cleaning & care of equipment

• Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
