Full Time Contract Administrator Needed in Edmonton!
Monday to Friday
830am- 430pm
$28hr
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-volume administrative position
– Exceptional organizational ability and time management skills
– Ability to work under tight deadlines, deal with change and adapt to new circumstances in a fast-paced environment
– Be able to work with a diverse team of experienced contract administrators
– Excellent customer service and communication skills
– Strong interpersonal skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills
– A high level of discretion and confidentiality
– Literacy in all Microsoft products, previous use of SmartSheet and CRM would be an asset
– Degree or Diploma in Administrative Management or Contract Administration is an asset

Responsibilities
– Responsible for full cycle contract administration – including Owner Operator onboarding and offboarding
– Track, review and manage Owner Operator business document compliance, including background check requirements
– Administer audits, notices and documents related to Owner Operator noncompliance
– Ensure proper handling of contract and supporting documents and related records
– Manage and maintain Owner operator database
– Receives onboarding paperwork for new Owner Operators for assigned region
– Ensures incoming Owner Operators compliance with business documents requirements
– Input Owner Operator information in all required trackers and systems
– Review and validate site budgets for Owner Operator contracts
– Creates, issues and manages sign offs on Owner Operator contracts
– Manages any revisions to any existing schedules/work authorizations
– Manage contract follows ups with Operations and Owner Operators
– Provide daily and weekly contract status reports to Operations and business units
– Manage Owner Operator and Owner Operator employees background checks
– Issues any contract termination notices/coordinate offboarding
