Job summary

Auxo | Growth Partner is hiring an Intermediate Full Stack Developer to build customer-facing features across a modern web platform. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver software that solves complex operational challenges.

This hands-on product engineering role lets you own features from concept through production, participate in sprint planning and architectural discussions, and continually improve the platform as it scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Full Stack Software Development experience.
• Proficient with React, Angular, or Vue.
• Backend experience with Node.js, Python, or similar.
• Experience designing and building REST APIs or GraphQL services.
• Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL or similar relational DB.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Comfortable with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern practices.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full stack features across modern web applications and backend services.
• Own features end‑to‑end, from technical design through production deployment.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate business requirements into scalable software.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and improve the platform as it scales.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to understand customer challenges and deliver solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
