Job summary

Jobber is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to help build our modern stack (Next.js, Sanity, React, TypeScript) within a headless/composable architecture. You will contribute to our UI library, focus on performance and accessibility, and work across marketing pages, pricing, and product features.

You will drive AI-assisted development, mentor peers, and collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to raise the technical bar and define standards.

Qualifications

• Deep front-end expertise with modern web technologies.
• Strong experience with Next.js, React and TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Ship production features in Next.js, Sanity, and React with TypeScript across getjobber.com, from marketing and feature pages to pricing.
• Contribute to and extend the shared component library and design system for faster builds.
• Own performance and accessibility as top priorities for Core Web Vitals and fast page loads.
• Integrate with a headless CMS and build/consume APIs powering pages.
• Write well-tested, scalable code and drive engineering practices through code reviews.
• Collaborate with other developers on best practices and project decisions.
• Push AI-assisted workflows forward using AI coding tools and MCP integrations.
• Help define and benchmark team standards for AI-assisted development.
