Palona is seeking an AI Full-Stack Engineer to own growth-focused web experiences, experimentation, SEO, and AI-enabled workflows. You will work across the public site, landing pages, demos, calculators, and content systems, integrating analytics and sales platforms to drive qualified demand.

You will collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Sales, Product, and Design, delivering measurable improvements with a strong code quality bar and user-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial experience in relevant technical domain.
• Strong full-stack web engineering with TS, React, Next.js, APIs.
• Experience with measurable funnels, experimentation, analytics.
• Knowledge of SEO, web performance, and attribution.
• Ability to use SQL or analytics tools to guide work.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and data quality management.
• Clear, outcome-oriented customer experiences.
• AI-native working habits and automation with human judgment.
• Comfort owning business outcomes with non-engineering partners.

Responsibilities

• Build fast, conversion-focused web experiences for high-intent buyers.
• Create landing pages, demos, ROI tools, and comparison experiences.
• Establish end-to-end attribution from source to revenue.
• Instrument events and ensure data quality across the funnel.
• Design experimentation system for messaging and channels.
• Improve SEO, performance, metadata, and content architecture.
• Integrate analytics, CRM, scheduling, advertising, and sales workflows via APIs.
• Apply AI to accelerate research, content operations, and campaign analysis.
