Job summary

Minth Windsor Manufacturing in Windsor, Ontario is seeking a high-energy Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for a broad range of roles across North America.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to build talent pipelines, conduct screening, coordinate interviews and offers, and ensure an excellent candidate experience while maintaining high hiring standards. This 100% on-site role requires travel to Minth North America locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• Three or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across technical, engineering, manufacturing, sales, and management roles.
• Experience supporting rapid growth and high-volume hiring.
• Strong direct-sourcing capability to approach passive candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple urgent requisitions with quality and follow-through.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Office, and recruiting tools.
• Willingness to travel periodically.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Recruit for technical, engineering, manufacturing, sales, leadership, and corporate roles across Minth North America.
• Support site launches, expansions, and growth initiatives with proactive recruiting plans.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Utilize direct sourcing, networking, referrals, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels to find candidates.
• Conduct screening interviews and present qualified candidates with assessments.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and background checks.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and difficult roles.
• Track recruiting metrics and hiring outcomes.
• Provide updates to HR leadership and managers.
• Support employer branding, recruiting events, and community outreach as needed.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with laws and Minth policies.
