Canadian Executive Search Group Inc., a division of Arrow Group, seeks an experienced recruitment specialist for our Windsor office. You will screen resumes, interview, and build talent pools for manufacturing clients, balancing fast-paced deadlines with high service standards.

This role requires 2+ years in staffing recruitment, strong English communication, and proficiency with Excel/ATS tools. Onsite Monday–Friday, with after-hours support rotations and a competitive salary structure

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting in staffing industry
• Experience recruiting general labour in automotive/manufacturing sectors
• Trades knowledge including Welding, Machining, Tool & Die, Mechanical and Electrical
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Team-oriented mentality and ability to collaborate in a group
• Excellent customer service skills and quick response time
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Google Docs
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Onsite schedule: Monday–Friday 9am–5pm
• After hours rotation support

Responsabilités

• Screen resumes, interview, reference checks, and match candidates to client needs
• Source candidates via social media and job boards
• Keep job boards and social media up to date
• Reverse marketing of skilled candidates
• Quality checks with customers to ensure needs are met
• Maintain labour pools and supply to manufacturing clients
• Use ATS/HRIS systems and Excel/Google Sheets
• Manage scheduling and backfills for production lines
• Follow up with clients and hourly temporary employees
• Provide health & safety and plant orientations
• Generate job posts to meet client needs
• After-hours rotation support

Canadian Executive Search Group Inc. a division of Arrow Group of companies -is seeking an experienced Recruitment specialist for our growing Windsor Office

Job Duties:

• Resume screening, interviewing, reference checking, determining candidate skillset to match to suitable clients
• Sourcing candidates using social media sites and job board postings
• Keeping job boards and social media sites current
• Reverse marketing skilled candidates
• Regular quality checks with customers to ensure all needs are being met and resolve any issues as they arise
• Maintain labour pools and supplying to various manufacturing clients
• ATS/HRIS systems and excel/ google spreadsheets
• Scheduling - managing large production schedules and providing immediate backfills for call in requests. (fast paced)
• Doing follow ups and check ins with both clients and hourly temporary employees. (Performance reviews, service level checks)
• Providing Health & Safety orientations and plant orientations, Walking in new starts on site
• Generating job posts to meet specific client needs
• After hours rotation support

Required Experience:

• 2+ years of Recruiting in the staffing industry is preferred
• Experience recruiting general labour applicants in the automotive and other manufacturing sectors
• Skilled Trades knowledge including: Welding, Machining, Tool & Die, Mechanical and Electrical is preferred
• Excellent communication skills- Must have strong English language skills verbal and written
• Team orientated mentality a must. We are looking for a candidate who engages well with others and team environments
• Excellent customer service skills and quick response time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Strong MS office skills with very strong proficiency with Excel and google docs
• Ability to multi-task
• Base salary and competitive commission structure
• Onsite ( Monday-Friday 9am-5pm)
