Job summary

Canadian Executive Search Group Inc., a division of Arrow Group, is seeking an experienced Recruitment specialist for our Windsor Office. You will screen resumes, interview candidates, perform reference checks, and match skills to client needs in a fast-paced manufacturing staffing environment.

This role emphasizes sourcing via social media and job boards, coordinating scheduling, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

2+ years of recruiting in the staffing industry preferred.
Experience recruiting general labour in automotive/manufacturing sectors.
Trades knowledge including Welding, Machining, Tool & Die, Mechanical and Electrical preferred.
Excellent communication skills—strong English language (verbal and written).
Team-oriented mentality; strong customer service and quick response times.
Proficient MS Office; strong Excel and Google Docs skills.

Responsibilities

Screen resumes, interview candidates, reference checks, and match skills to client needs.
Source candidates via social media and job boards.
Keep job boards and social media profiles current.
Reverse marketing of skilled candidates; maintain labour pools for manufacturing clients.
Coordinate scheduling and backfills for production needs; after-hours rotation.
Perform quality checks with customers and address issues promptly.
Utilize ATS/HRIS and spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.
