• Own full-cycle recruiting across a broad range of corporate and operational roles in US/Canada.
• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor on bar setting and market strategy.
• Lead intake, screening, and documentation to ensure consistency and fairness.
• Source pipelines including passive candidates and build market intelligence for leadership.
• Lead compensation conversations and end-to-end offer negotiations in line with market.
• Design and run AI-driven workflows across sourcing, screening, and day-to-day ops.
