We are hiring a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker at IKEA. The role involves picking, packing and moving products, loading and unloading inventory, and keeping a clean, safe environment. You should be comfortable with long periods of walking, standing, and lifting up to 20–50 lbs, and you must follow all health and safety guidelines.

The position supports daily fulfilment in a fast-paced warehouse setting with a focus on efficiency and teamwork. Starting rate is CAD 19.24 per hour.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on warehouse experience.
• Experience with material handling equipment is an asset.
• Available for an early morning shift (5:00 AM–1:30 PM).

• Commit to all IKEA health, safety and security rules and business requirements within the area of responsibility and actively help colleagues to prevent any incidents involving co-workers, customers, equipment, building and IKEA products.
• Ensure optimised daily fulfilment unit operations within the assigned area of responsibility by working in a lean, simple and cost-conscious way, applying and sharing good examples.
