Job summary

IKEA is hiring for a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker on the AM shift in Winnipeg. The role involves picking, packing, and moving products throughout the warehouse, loading and unloading inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

You should be comfortable with continuous walking and lifting 20–50 lbs and be reliable in a fast-paced setting. Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience is expected; experience with material handling equipment is a plus.

• Available for an early morning shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and moving products throughout the warehouse.
• Loading, unloading, and organizing inventory.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Continuous walking, standing, and lifting throughout the day.
• Able to lift and carry 20-50 lbs regularly.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commit to all IKEA health, safety and security rules and business requirements within the area of responsibility and actively help colleagues to prevent any incidents involving co-workers, customers, equipment, building and IKEA products.
• Ensure optimised daily fulfilment unit operations within the assigned area of responsibility by working in a lean, simple and cost-conscious way, applying and sharing good examples.

The starting rate/ salary for this position is 19.24 CAD
