Job summary

IKEA is hiring a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker in Ottawa, Ontario. You will perform core and support processes in the assigned area, using systems and tools to support efficient operations and data integrity.

You will contribute to high product availability by accurately executing daily fulfilment tasks, while adhering to IKEA health, safety and security rules and helping colleagues prevent incidents. We offer wellness days, health coverage, retirement plan, bonuses, and co-worker discounts.

• Ensure optimised daily fulfilment unit operations within the assigned area of responsibility by working in a lean, simple and cost-conscious way, applying and sharing good examples.
