Job summary

Cozey in Canada and the United States is hiring a warehouse associate to support our growing operations. The role focuses on material handling, order picking, and shipping, with opportunities to help build a new operation from the ground up.

We offer a competitive hourly wage, 40 hours per week, AM/PM shifts, and benefits after one month, with a bonus eligibility and a team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Mandatory forklift and reach operator license (proof required).
• 2+ years experience operating material handling equipment in a production environment.
• Ability to work physically and lift up to 49 lbs (22 kg).
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (Forklift) for warehouse maneuvers.
• Execute daily core and support activities (Receiving, Picking, Staging, Shipping, Quality Control, Inventory Auditing) on time.
• Propose and lead various initiatives to improve DC activities.
• Enforce health and safety best practices in the workplace.
• Take accountability for core & support activities and propose action plans when results are not met.
• Perform other related tasks.

• 2+years experienceoperating material handling equipment (Reach&Forklift)in a production environment (distribution center, warehouse, factory). Will be testedduring interview.
• Mandatory forklift and reach operator license (proofrequired)

• Experience in a quality control environment an asset
• Highschooldiplomaorequivalent
• Eligible to work inCanada
• Experience in a small teams or startups is a plus
