Job summary

Cozey is seeking warehouse personnel in Canada to operate material handling equipment and handle core and support activities across inbound and outbound processes. The role focuses on safety, accuracy, and timely execution to support a newly opened operation.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of forklift/reach experience, a valid license, and the ability to lift up to 49 lbs in a dynamic environment. Growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience operating material handling equipment (Reach & Forklift) in a production environment.
• Mandatory forklift and reach operator license (proof required).
• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs (22 kg) and work in variable temperatures.
• Eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (Forklift) for warehouse maneuvers.
• Execute daily core and support activities (Receiving, Picking, Staging, Shipping, Special Orders, Quality Control, Inventory Auditing) on time and in full.
• Propose and lead process improvements pertaining to all DC activities.
• Enforce health and safety best practices in the workplace.

• Operate material handling equipment (Forklift) for warehouse maneuvers

WhatWe’reLookingFor:

• Ability to work physically: standing,movingandlifting upto 49 lbs (22kg) in variable temperatures
• 2+years experienceoperating material handling equipment (Reach&Forklift)in a production environment (distribution center, warehouse, factory). Will be testedduring interview.
• Mandatory forklift and reach operator license (proofrequired)
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
• Experience in a quality control environment an asset
• Highschooldiplomaorequivalent
• Eligible to work inCanada
• Experience in a small teams or startups is a plus
