Job summary

Cozey is seeking a Fulfillment Center Supervisor for the Montreal site to lead the evening shift and ensure orders leave the building accurately and safely. You will oversee receiving, picking, staging and shipping, aligning shift results with HQ KPIs.

The role requires a hands-on leader capable of coordinating with day shift and the FC Manager to keep operations running smoothly. 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a production environment (factory, fulfillment center, warehouse).
• Experience managing a workforce involved in manual labour or technical work is an asset.
• Experience in process optimization is also considered an asset.
• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily core activities (receiving, picking, staging, and shipping) are completed on time and in full.
• Supervise, train, and manage all warehouse clerks in the execution of core activities.
• Assist the FC Manager with various initiatives and ensure that the fulfillment center meets the KPIs established by HQ management.
• Ensure that safety measures and warehouse rules are clearly communicated and followed by all employees.
• Take ownership of core activities and propose action plans when performance targets are not met.
• Develop SOPs for different inbound and outbound tasks.
• Perform any other related tasks.

The mission of the Fulfillment Center Supervisor at Cozey

Reporting to the Manager, Fulfillment Center, the mission of the Fulfillment Center Supervisor is to own the evening shift at our Montreal fulfillment center and make sure every order that should leave the building tonight does, accurately and safely. You'll lead the team on the floor, set the pace across receiving, picking, staging, and shipping, and turn shift results into better ways of working.

This is a hands-on leadership role on the evening shift, Monday to Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

You'll be the person on site who makes the calls when volume spikes, a shipment is late, or a process breaks. You'll work closely with the day shift and the FC Manager to keep the site running as one team.

What You'll Be Doing
