Job summary

Cozey in Canada is seeking a Fulfillment Center Clerk to join our Mount Royal distribution center. You will support daily logistics by unloading, sorting, and preparing orders, working closely with the Warehouse Operator and Operations team.

The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years in a warehouse or logistics role, is comfortable lifting up to 49 lbs, and pays strong attention to detail. High school diploma required; additional logistics or furniture handling experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment.
• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs / 22 kg and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Comfort with inspections, quality checks, and basic documentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in quality control, returns processing, or furniture handling is a plus.
• Experience in small teams or start-up environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload containers and safely handle merchandise by placing items onto pallets.
• Organize and optimize the warehouse, including sorting, inventory counts, and space improvements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment daily.
• Receive, sort, and inspect returned items to ensure quality and restock when applicable.
• Prepare orders with attention to detail, including picking merchandise and printing/applying shipping labels.
• Collaborate with the warehouse operator, Customer Happiness Managers, and Operations team to ensure smooth workflows.
• Support various warehouse-related tasks as needed based on priorities.

We are currently looking for a Fulfillment Center Clerk to join our new distribution center located at 8191 Ch. Montview, Mount Royal, Quebec H4P 2P2. In this role, you will work closely with the Warehouse Operator to support the smooth execution of daily logistics operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, resourceful, detail-oriented, and reliable. What You'll Be Doing

• Unload containers and safely handle merchandise by placing items onto pallets.
• Actively contribute to the organization and optimization of the warehouse, including sorting, inventory counts, and space improvements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment on a daily basis.
• Receive, sort, and inspect returned items to ensure quality standards are met and items are restocked when applicable.
• Prepare orders with attention to detail, including picking merchandise and printing/applying shipping labels.
• Work closely with the warehouse operator, Customer Happiness Managers, and the Operations team to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Support various warehouse-related tasks as needed, based on operational priorities.

• Ability to work physically for extended periods (standing, lifting up to 49 lbs / 22 kg, working in variable temperatures).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes consistently.
• Comfort working with inspections, quality checks, and basic documentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in quality control, returns processing, or furniture handling is a plus.
• Experience in small teams or start-up environments is a plus.

What We Offer

• Competitive hourly wage of $21/hour.
• 40 hours/week with paid overtime.
• Monday to Friday day shifts from 7AM to 3:30PM.
