You will lead cross‑functional teams from conception through launch and ongoing improvement, collaborating with business stakeholders and IT partners to align with our growth strategy.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in retail or supply chain and product management, plus strong communication, leadership and analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology or a related field.
• 5+ years work experience in retail or supply chain functions
• 5+ years work experience in product management
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)
• Ability to lead and influence teams
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and system mapping tools like Visio
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Create 6- to 12-month product strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams from concept to launch and improvement.
• Communicate roadmaps and progress to stakeholders and IT partners.
• Develop and mentor team members to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Manage third-party relationships and vendors.
• Identify risks and mitigations to minimize issues.
