Swim Recruiting is assisting a global consumer brand with a Senior Financial Analyst role in North Vancouver. The position focuses on FP&A business partnering, analysis storytelling and strategic recommendations within Finance, Merchandising and Creative teams.

The contract runs through December 2026 with potential extension. Key duties include budgeting, forecasting, monthly variance analysis and presenting global P&L reviews to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven FP&A or equivalent experience.
• Advanced analytical skills with MS Excel and data analysis tools; SAP FICO, Oracle & Power BI are assets.
• Ability to tell a story with numbers and add value to analysis.

Responsabilités

• Manage budget and forecasting cycle for Finance, Merchandising & Creative functions.
• Analyze variances against forecast and prior-year results monthly and quarterly, providing insights to senior leadership.
• Lead monthly global P&L reviews with senior operators to align financial goals with operations.
• Evaluate financial feasibility to support growth objectives and ROI targets.
• Collaborate during budget cycles to ensure investments and long-term vision are well represented.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools to provide actionable financial insights.
