Job summary

FedEx Canada in Delta, BC is seeking an interview-position candidate to manage and oversee the entire sort operations within a FedEx Ground facility. The role emphasizes adherence to the Safety Above All Culture, FXG policies, and regulatory compliance while ensuring efficient sort processes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 4 years of business experience, and at least 2 years in transportation and logistics, with proficiency in MS Office and a valid driver's license;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Four years of business experience.
• Two years in transportation & logistics or related service preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must currently be a FedEx management member or LEAP/EXCEL endorsed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all sort operations within the FXG facility.
• Support Safety Above All Culture and ensure compliance with FXG policies and government regulations.
• Operate in a Windows PC environment and complete required training and accreditations.
