Job summary

You will lead day-to-day sort operations and supervise Cargo Handlers, guiding work activities, coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with FXE policies and government regulations.

Ideal candidates hold a college degree with 2 years of relevant sort operations or supervisory experience, a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• 2 years FedEx sort operations or senior level hourly role experience OR, 2 years supervisory experience in related industry
• Must possess valid driver's license and a good driving record

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide staff in proper package handling and routing.
• Oversee Cargo Handlers (CH) functions and direct work activities.
• Mentor, coach and train employees to meet FXE policies and government regulations.
