Job summary

TLC Solutions in British Columbia is seeking a Services Technician for our Langley pod. You will provide frontline IT support, perform initial triage of client requests, and contribute to documented processes.

You will travel to client sites, work with Windows environments, and pursue certifications. The role requires 3 years IT support experience, strong customer service skills, and a valid Canadian driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3 Years IT support or education or combination of both.
• 2 Year customer service
• Preferred Certificates: Network+, A+, Server+, CCNA, ACSA, JNCIA; MS-900, MD-102.
• Preferred experience with Windows Server 2012-2022; Networking fundamentals; Microsoft 365 administration.
• Class 5/7N Driver’s license; Clean driving record; Legally allowed to work in Canada with valid permit.

Responsibilities

• Supply exceptional IT service on all supported communication platforms.
• Document new and changing systems and processes.
• Self-education through workshops, certifications, job shadowing and research.
• Client onsite support.
• Following existing documentation to complete standard tasks.
• Resolve and escalate service requests.
• Work alone/unsupervised.
