The role requires 5+ years of retail management, strong leadership, and solid financial acumen to drive profitability and labor planning. This is a full-time, temporary position with benefits in a busy Ontario retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience with labour scheduling and WFM systems.
• Understanding of store financials, KPIs and profitability.
