As Front Office Supervisor, you will facilitate and supervise the daily front office operations for the clinic. This position focuses on the clinic’s front office engagement, environment, and staff performance. Employees will share the mission and values of PT Solutions.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Performing at or above budgeted metrics for visits and evaluations
  • Collaborating closely with Clinic Managers and Senior Clinic Manager
  • Partnering with the Front Office Manager to open requisitions, interview, and hire PSCs to staff the clinic
  • Contributing to clinic volume as a front-facing role
  • Providing coaching on clinic front office performance, referral management, POC adherence, and customer service
  • Monitoring referral data and KPIs
  • Managing clinic front office labor, schedules, and PTO requests
  • Participating in monthly 1:1 meetings with the Front Office Manager
  • Communicating effectively with insurance verification, authorization, and billing teams
  • Performing other duties or special projects as assigned

Schedule

  • Full-time: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7-3; Tuesday, Thursday 8-4

Wage

  • $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
  • $2,000 sign-on bonus

Pay ranges consider factors like experience, background, and location, with potential for salary growth.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • High School diploma or GED required; submission of diploma will be required
  • Typing speed of 45 words per minute preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows-based applications
  • Understanding of medical reimbursement and technology
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounts receivable principles
  • Experience with standard office equipment
  • Ability to handle a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
