Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and promoting products.
• Ensure safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed.
• Handle customer and associate concerns and provide guidance as required.
• Delegate and oversee front-end operations and breaks, ensuring proper coverage.
• Review completed schedules with People Lead.
• Lead daily team huddle and communicate updates, goals, and productivity metrics.
