Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of retail or cash experience is an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to demonstrate GET behaviours and boost associate morale.
• Ensure sufficient checkouts by managing lines and throughput.
• Walk the front end to ensure customer readiness and ad execution.
• Coach and develop front end and lot associates; schedule coverage.
• Train cashiers and assist with cash handling and security tasks.
