Job summary

The Home Depot SAANICH is looking for a Head Cashier (Part Time) to support the Front End team's success. You’ll coach associates, manage cashier coverage, and ensure a smooth checkout experience for customers.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years retail or cash experience and at least 1 year of leadership. The role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years Retail or Cash experience an asset
• Minimum 1 year leading people

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in customer experience and GET behaviours.
• Ensure sufficient checkouts are available by maintaining lines at/near the register.
• Train, coach, and develop front end and lot associates.
