Job summary

You will lead by example, manage checkout lines, train cashiers, coordinate scheduling, and ensure safety and loss prevention policies are followed. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years Retail or Cash experience is an asset.
• Minimum 1 year leading people.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in GET behaviours and coach front end associates.
• Ensure sufficient checkouts and manage lines at the register.
• Walk front end for customer experience and adjust staffing as needed.
• Observe activity and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Provide coaching, guidance and recognition to meet expectations.
