• Age – 16 or older.

Responsibilities

• Follow refund automation procedures per guidelines.
• Complete all defective slips.
• Assist customers with information, refunds, exchanges and directions.
• Maintain sales tax exempt records.
• Send damaged merchandise to Claims for processing.
• Verify refunds against slips prior to returning items to the sales floor.
• Ensure all items are scanned correctly before being returned to the sales floor.
