Job summary

Walmart Canada in Baie-Comeau is seeking a Customer Service Desk Associate to deliver friendly, professional service and uphold company values at the front end. You will assist customers with refunds, exchanges and directions while maintaining security and adhering to store policies.

The role involves processing refunds, assisting with defective slips, and ensuring items are scanned correctly before restocking the sales floor. Minimum pay starts at 18.25 CAD per hour.

Responsibilities

• Follow Refund Automation procedures according to Company guidelines.
• Complete all defective slips.
• Assist customers with information, refunds, exchanges and directions.
• Maintain sales tax exempt records.
• Ensure damaged merchandise is sent to Claims for processing.
• Verify returned merchandise against refund slips prior to restocking.
• Ensure all items are scanned correctly before being returned to the sales floor.
