Overview of the Role

Sweat and Tonic (S&T) is Toronto’s innovative wellness and lifestyle hub, offering a wide range of boutique fitness and wellness experiences. We are seeking a professional, passionate, and detail-driven Full-Time Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the "keyholder" to open and close the facility.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings and brief team members.
• Manage the FOH and BOH shift teams to deliver a premium brand experience.
• Plan shifts and delegate operational duties.
• Provide guest services following standard procedures.
• Handle account inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Address guest recovery situations as the on-duty supervisor.
• Troubleshoot A/V issues in fitness studios.
• Report shift activities through written communication logs.

Schedule and Availability

The successful candidate will work approximately 30 hours per week, primarily Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, with some evenings and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service, administration, or hospitality experience with a premium brand.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role leading a small team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented.
• Interest in health and fitness is a plus.
