Job Responsibilities
- Supervise Front Office procedures including guest check-in/out, lobby traffic, luggage assistance, and telephone services
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
- Support team members in guest service and complaint resolution
- Schedule, assign work, lead pre-shift meetings, and train staff
- Assist with group blocking and billing
- Monitor and evaluate team performance
- Adjust staffing based on lobby traffic
- Work any day, Monday-Sunday
- Set performance standards, coach, and discipline staff as needed
- Maintain accurate records for collections
- Ensure high standards at Front Desk, PBX, and Bellstand
- Provide comprehensive training to Front Office staff
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1-year supervisory experience
- Hilton experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Reporting and accounting skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Supervisory experience in hospitality or customer service
