Qualifications

  • At least 1-year supervisory experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise Front Office procedures including guest check-in/out, lobby traffic, luggage assistance, and telephone services
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
  • Support team members in guest service and complaint resolution
  • Schedule, assign work, lead pre-shift meetings, and train staff
  • Assist with group blocking and billing
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance
  • Adjust staffing based on lobby traffic
  • Work any day, Monday-Sunday
  • Set performance standards, coach, and discipline staff as needed
  • Maintain accurate records for collections
  • Ensure high standards at Front Desk, PBX, and Bellstand
  • Provide comprehensive training to Front Office staff
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 1-year supervisory experience
  • Hilton experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Reporting and accounting skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Supervisory experience in hospitality or customer service
