REFORMD (By Sweat & Tonic) is Toronto’s newest premium Lagree Method studio—designed for high performance, high standards, and high energy. We’re seeking a professional, passionate, and detail-driven Full-Time Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team and deliver an exceptional guest experience from the moment clients walk through our doors.
The front-desk supervisor is responsible for all front and back of house operations while on shift, including managing the front desk team, opening/closing the facility, and ensuring a premium brand experience for all guests. As part of the Front of House team, you will assist guests and build positive, lasting relationships with our community.
Overview of Duties:
