We’re looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to help lead our front desk team and ensure a top-tier guest experience. If you're passionate about luxury hospitality and thrive in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments, this is your chance to be part of something truly special.

In this role, you will:

1. Oversee daily reception procedures and maintain the aesthetic of the welcome area.
2. Support and guide front desk staff to ensure exceptional service.
3. Resolve client issues and ensure every guest has a positive experience.
4. Manage transactions and inventory of gift packages.
5. Enforce uniform standards and coordinate with the Front Desk Manager.

1. 2+ years in a client service role and 1–2 years in a supervisor position.
2. Strong communication and organizational skills.

4. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
