Serenity Therapy Lounge is a modern wellness clinic in Alberta seeking a warm, organized receptionist to join the team. You will greet clients, manage bookings, handle inquiries, and maintain a calm, welcoming reception area.

Perfect for someone who enjoys helping people feel at ease from the moment they arrive. Experience in reception or customer service is preferred but not required; strong communication is key. Social media support is a plus.

Serenity Therapy Lounge is growing, and we’re looking for a warm, organized, people-focused receptionist to become part of our wellness team.

We are a modern therapeutic wellness clinic offering massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, NKT, RAPID, PDTR, and holistic care in a calming, high-end environment. Our mission is to create an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people feel welcomed, cared for, and relaxed from the moment they arrive.

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with computers, booking software, and multitasking
• Ability to stay calm and kind during busy periods
• Passion for wellness, health, or holistic care is a bonus
• Experience in reception, hospitality, spa, clinic, or customer service is preferred but not required
