This role handles client inquiries via phone, email, or social media, coordinates bookings in Zenoti and GoDaddy, creates social content with Canva/CapCut, and supports events and launches while ensuring every client journey is polished.

Responsibilities

Reimagine HR Consulting is pleased to partner with our client in the wellness industry to recruit a Client Care and Marketing Coordinator who is organized, client-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional service while helping showcase our services and brand through digital marketing.

This role is essential to ensuring that every client interaction from the first inquiry to post-treatment is seamless, thoughtful, and aligned with the business’s elevated brand standards.

This position combines front-of-house client care with digital marketing support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, loves skincare and wellness, and takes pride in helping grow a brand through content and communication.

Client Care Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients through phone, email, text, and social media communication.
• Manage bookings, confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups using our booking systems (Zenoti and GoDaddy).
• Ensure clients feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their experience.
• Provide guidance on services, pricing, and general treatment information.
• Maintain organized client records and assist with intake forms and documentation.
• Support daily front-desk operations and ensure smooth clinic workflow.
• Assist with checkout, retail recommendations, and rebooking clients for future treatments.
• Collaborate with estheticians and leadership to maintain consistent client communication.
• Support client retention through thoughtful follow-ups, review requests, and rebooking reminders.
• Assist with organizing events, workshops, photoshoots, and promotional campaigns.
• Help maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.

Marketing & Content Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to the digital marketing and online presence of The Melanin Studio.
• Capture photo and video content in the clinic, including treatment footage, before & after results, team highlights, and client experience moments.
• Create, schedule and manage social media posts, reels, and short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Edit content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.
• Assist with writing and designing email newsletters, announcements, and promotions.
• Collaborate with estheticians to highlight their treatments and help them build their professional presence online.
• Assist with promoting events, seasonal promotions, and treatment launches.
• Help respond to social media inquiries and maintain an engaging online presence.
• Assist with updating website content through GoDaddy.
• Identify creative ideas for educational skincare content, treatment spotlights, and client success stories.
