Base pay range

$21.00/hr - $21.00/hr

We at Centrelake are looking for a punctual, detail-oriented, responsible Front Desk/Pre-certification Representative who can answer phones, is professional and respectful, and can multi-task to fill a full-time position at our Ontario location.

Reliable schedule: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

1. Access reports of pending pre-certification cases
2. Obtain required documentation such as patient demographics, insurance info, and referrals
3. Contact insurance providers to obtain pre-certification details
4. Communicate with patient’s primary care physician for additional information as needed
5. Follow up on pending requests promptly
6. Train in scheduling processes to support the department

Requirements

1. Knowledge of radiologic procedures and standards (a plus)
2. Strong relationship-building skills with providers and patients
3. Customer service experience
4. Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 codes
5. Medical billing and insurance verification experience (a plus)
6. Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
7. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Pay rate varies and will be discussed during the interview.
