WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

Front Desk Representatives are the first point of contact for our lodging guests, and the check-in experience often sets the tone for a guest's stay. Our goal is to create memorable experiences for our guests repeatedly.

  • Providing professional and personalized interactions with guests during check-in and check-out
  • Owning the guest's entire stay experience at Blue Mountain Resort
  • Serving as a main point of information for resort guests and internal teams
  • Handling guest inquiries and internal resort questions
  • Processing guest payments
  • Answering phones professionally and courteously
  • Performing general administrative duties
  • Mailing out guest receipts
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Two years of Front Desk/Office or related experience, or a College diploma/University degree
  • Experience handling money
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Focus on self-learning and development
  • Team-oriented with an energetic, friendly, and cheerful demeanor
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays (8-hour shifts between 6:45 am and 11 pm)
