Job description

Our Hampton Inn & Suites Ontario is currently seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and independent-working Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office Team, aiming to surpass brand standards and Owner expectations. As part of the property team, you will help us "craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns." This could be the perfect opportunity to advance your career with a growing and exciting hotel management company!

Position Responsibilities:
  1. Management of day-to-day Front Office and Breakfast Operations
  2. Maintain guest confidence through prompt and courteous communication with guests and associates
  3. Execute the highest quality of service to guests at all times
  4. Complete scheduling for the department(s)
  5. Assist in managing aspects of P&L by controlling costs and achieving budgeted CPOR
  6. Participate in the property MOD program as needed
  7. Train department staff in all duties and empower them to reach top performance levels
  8. Support the hotel's sales efforts and generate revenue opportunities
Education and Experience:
  1. Successful Front Office hotel management experience is required
  2. Systems experience within the Hilton / Hampton brands is preferred
  3. Highly motivated, self-directed, with strong initiative and achievement drive
  4. Exceptional guest service skills required
  5. Strong computer skills necessary
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills required
