Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver outstanding member service in a fast-paced club environment. The role emphasizes greeting members, answering questions, handling payments, and promoting fitness products and promotions to enhance the member experience.

Applicants should be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. Retail customer service experience is required, with fitness experience preferred, and flexibility for a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Six months face-to-face customer service experience in a retail environment required or 1-year Fitness experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service.
• Resolve customer concerns with strong communication and problem‑solving.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the club for up to 50% of the shift.
• Handle payments and give change and receipts.
• Promote products and special promotions to customers.
