Woodrun Lodge in Whistler, BC is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, and deliver a seamless arrival experience.

This role can be full-time or part-time, year-round or seasonal, with a pay rate of $24–$26 CAD per hour. Perks include extended health benefits after 12 months, an annual lifestyle spending account for Whistler ski passes or activities, and staff events and discounts on local experiences.

Formación

• Previous front desk, concierge, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in property management and reservation systems is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional approach and manage check-ins/outs.
• Be the main contact for guest inquiries and special requests.
• Provide concierge services and assist with booking Whistler experiences.
• Resolve guest concerns and deliver service recovery to ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to support readiness.
• Maintain reservations and guest details, plus process payments and daily reports.
