Join Our Crystal Lodge Crew in Whistler! Front Desk Agent Wanted!

Hey there, hospitality rockstars! The Crystal Lodge, right in the heart of Whistler Village, is on the hunt for a Front Desk Agent to join our awesome team. This is a full-time position, that's available year-round - there's no such thing as a 'dead' season with us!

This isn’t just a job; it’s your chance to be the face of unforgettable Whistler adventures. As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the first smiling face our guests see, setting the tone for their epic stay. If you’re a natural at making people feel welcome, enthusiastic about sharing the Whistler stoke, and ready to create meaningful connections, we want you!

What You’ll Be Up To

No two days are the same, but here’s a sneak peek at what you’ll do:

  1. Welcome guests like a pro: Deliver seamless check-ins, share the deets on their stay, and offer concierge tips.
  2. Get everything prepped: Organize arrival paperwork, room assignments, and special requests like a wizard.
  3. Solve guest challenges: Handle concerns with professionalism and care or escalate when needed.
  4. Juggle luggage: Assist with storing, arranging, and moving guest belongings.
  5. Make bookings: Take new reservations over the phone and match guests with their ideal rooms.
  6. Smooth check-outs: Handle final bills, payments, and ensure guests leave with smiles and plans to return.
  7. Valet services: Help with parking, ski, or bike valet during peak seasons (a valid BC driver’s license is a must).

You’ll also pitch in with other tasks to keep the team running smoothly and guests thrilled. Our Front Desk is open 7 days a week, so expect a mix of early, day, and late shifts.

  • Proven customer service experience (hospitality experience is a big plus).
  • Top-notch communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
