Job summary

Kal Tire is hiring a Front Counter Sales Representative in Canada (Alberta, Airdrie) to be the first contact for customers, helping them select products and services while keeping operations moving. This is a temporary, full-time position for the contract duration.

You will join a supportive team that collaborates to deliver a consistent customer experience, handling greetings, quotes, vehicle check-ins, parts lookup, invoicing, and daily records with safety and accuracy in mind.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and sales experience.
• Interest in automotive products or parts lookup is an asset.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather.
• Strong communication and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license is an asset.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs as required.
• Team-oriented and committed to safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work closely with the shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience
