Job summary

Kal Tire in London, Ontario is seeking a Front Counter Sales Representative to be the first point of contact in the store. You will help customers choose products and services while keeping the sales flow moving, in a temporary, full-time contract.

This role offers hands-on customer service and automotive sales experience in a busy shop environment, with opportunities to learn parts lookup, pricing, and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

As a Front Counter Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact in the store—helping customers choose the right products and services while keeping things moving. This is a temporary position with full-time hours for the duration of the contract.

Requirements

• Previous customer service and sales experience
• Interest in automotive (tires, basic vehicle knowledge, or parts lookup is an asset)
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong communication skills with a practical, customer-first approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license is an asset
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs as required
• Team-oriented and committed to working safely
