Job summary

Kal Tire in Bonnyville, AB is seeking a Front Counter Sales Representative to be the first contact for customers. You will help customers choose products and services and keep the store operations moving during the contract period.

You will join a team that supports each other, delivers a consistent customer experience, and offers hands-on experience in automotive sales while working full-time hours through the contract and including some weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and sales experience.
• Interest in automotive (tires, basic vehicle knowledge, or parts lookup) is an asset.
• Comfortable indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license is an asset.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs as required.
• Team-oriented and committed to working safely.

Responsibilities

• Complete vehicle check-ins, gathering mileage, tire condition, and service details outdoors in all weather.
• Look up parts, pricing, and availability using internal systems.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with the shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Store Details

• Address: 6001 52 Ave Bonnyville, Alberta
• Hours of Operation:
  • Monday to Friday: 7:30am-6:00pm
  • Saturday: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Multiple Training Dates Starting: September 26, 2026

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
