Job summary

Kal Tire in Saint Paul, Alberta is seeking a Front Counter Sales Representative to be the first point of contact in the store, helping customers choose products while keeping service moving. This temporary full-time position runs for the duration of the contract.

You will join a team that supports each other, delivers a consistent customer experience, and gains hands-on experience in automotive sales and customer service. Training dates start September 26, 2026, with weekend shifts possible.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and sales experience.
• Interest in automotive products is an asset.
• Comfort working indoors and outdoors in all weather.

• Valid driver’s license is an asset.

• Complete vehicle check-ins, including gathering mileage, tire condition, and service details (outdoors in all weather)
• Look up parts, pricing, and availability using internal systems
• Prepare invoices and process transactions accurately
• Answer calls, book appointments, and maintain accurate customer records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work closely with the shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience

Store Details

• Address: 5737 50 Ave Saint Paul, Alberta
• Hours of Operation
  • Monday to Friday: 7:30am-6:00pm
  • Saturday: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Multiple Training Dates Starting: September 26, 2026

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
