Job summary

Kal Tire in Cochrane, AB is seeking a Front Counter Sales Representative to be the first contact for customers, help choose products, and support sales while ensuring a smooth service experience. This is a temporary, full-time contract position with consistent store hours.

You’ll work with a supportive shop team, assist with quotes, parts lookup, and invoicing, and greet customers indoors or outdoors in all weather while delivering a friendly, customer-first experience.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and sales experience.
• Interest in automotive (tires, basic vehicle knowledge, or parts lookup is an asset).
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills with a practical, customer-first approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license is an asset.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs as required.
• Team-oriented and committed to working safely.

Store Details

• Address: 239 GRIFFIN RD E 9101 COCHRANE AB
• Hours of Operation:
  • Monday to Friday: 7:30AM - 6:00PM
  • Saturday to Sunday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
