Kal Tire in Golden, BC is hiring a Front Counter Sales Representative for a temporary full-time contract. You are the first contact for customers, helping them select products and services while keeping operations moving.

The role involves indoor/outdoor work, quotes, invoicing, and coordinating with the shop team to ensure a seamless customer experience. The position offers hourly pay and hands-on training within a supportive team.

As a Front Counter Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact in the store—helping customers choose the right products and services while keeping things moving. This is a temporary position with full-time hours for the duration of the contract.

Requirements

• Previous customer service and sales experience
• Interest in automotive (tires, basic vehicle knowledge, or parts lookup is an asset)
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong communication skills with a practical, customer-first approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license is an asset
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs as required
• Team-oriented and committed to working safely

Store Details

• Address: 1002 10 AVE N
• Hours of Operation:
  • Monday to Friday: 07:30 - 18:00
  • Satursday: 08:00 - 17:00
• Multiple Training Dates Starting: September 14, 2026

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
