Job summary

Kal Tire in Creston, BC seeks a Front Counter Sales Representative to greet customers, help select tires and services, and keep the store running smoothly.

This temporary, full-time position offers hands-on training, a safety-focused team, and the chance to gain automotive industry experience while supporting a fast-paced shop. Shifts may include weekends; hourly wage is $20.56 with an emphasis on customer-first service.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and sales experience.
• Interest in automotive (tires, basic vehicle knowledge, or parts lookup is an asset).
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license is an asset.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs as required.
• Team-oriented and safety-focused.

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
