Job summary

Starbucks Corporation is seeking a capable shift supervisor to lead a busy store team while delivering legendary customer service. You will coach partners, manage daily operations, and ensure a safe, welcoming Third Place environment for customers in a fast-paced setting.

Fluency in French is required, and you will support training of new partners, uphold cash handling standards, and maintain attendance and performance excellence across shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• French language fluency in reading, writing, and verbal is required.

Responsibilities

• Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote Starbucks culture and values.
• Maintains a calm demeanor during high volume periods to keep store operating to standard.
• Delivers legendary customer service by putting customers first and connecting with them.
• Trains and coaches partners with clear, respectful feedback to improve performance.
• Executes store operations during scheduled shifts and manages opening/closing duties.
• Follows cash handling, safety and security policies to ensure partner safety.
