• Comfortable working at our Bloomfield, Ontario office.

Responsibilities

• Managing candidates: source, screen, and interview potential candidates; build a long-term talent pipeline.
• Business development: build and nurture client relationships and understand hiring needs.
• Process management: oversee end-to-end recruitment process, postings, scheduling, references, offers.
• Market insights: stay updated on industry trends to provide value to clients and candidates.
